after the shocking death of Francesca’s husband John, who is also Michaela’s cousin, in season four, fans have been left wondering how exactly is their love story going to play out. Francesca and Michaela’s story is also the show’s first same-gender romance, solidifying Bridgerton as one of the most inclusive shows to date.
